3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

- Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.

- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the service.

- Rescheduling an appointment is allowed up to 12 hours prior to the appointment time, subject to availability.

- For the safety and comfort of both the client and therapist, we ask that you provide a clean and safe environment for the treatment. Therapists reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

- Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions or injuries prior to the appointment.

- We are not responsible for any adverse effects or injuries resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or incorrect information.

- Clients must ensure that the treatment space is free of distractions or hazards (e.g., pets, children) to allow the therapist to work effectively.

7. Refund Policy

- Refunds are only available for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe (24 hours before the appointment).

- We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
